BetterOdds is operated by Stackr Holdings LLC.

BetterOdds uses the information below to provide market research, save your work and manage access.

Your account and research

When you sign in, we receive your account identifier, email and any available display name through Supabase authentication using email, Google or Apple. Existing accounts may also use Whop sign-in for account recovery. We store those details, saved analyses, paper positions, followed public wallets, research-request counts and subscription status in our hosted database.

Screenshots and AI

Screenshots and your research notes are sent to OpenAI to read the listing and generate research. We do not save uploaded image files to our database. The extracted market information and resulting analysis may be saved to your account. Avoid uploading private account details or information you do not want processed.

Research uses OpenAI web search and public Polymarket and Kalshi data. Provider processing and retention are governed by their own policies. OpenAI API data is subject to its API data policies.

Payments

Whop handles payment details and billing. BetterOdds stores a membership identifier, status and renewal date, and sends Whop an account identifier to connect your purchase with your account. We do not receive or store your full card number. See Whop’s privacy policy.

Creator access

If you activate complimentary creator access, BetterOdds and UGC Portal exchange your verified email, creator and campaign identifiers, approval status and activation confirmation. We bind that access to your BetterOdds account and periodically confirm that your campaign remains eligible. A short-lived essential cookie completes the activation. For creator account support, contact your campaign team through UGC Portal.

Retention and controls

You can delete individual analyses in Saved. Account and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve payment issues or meet applicable obligations. Contact the seller through your Whop purchase receipt to request access, correction or account deletion. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete research.

Cookies and sharing

We use a first-party cookie lasting up to 30 days to measure how people discover and use BetterOdds. We record a random browser identifier, limited campaign and creator tags, page categories, checkout creation, verified membership activation and a first completed scan. Account identifiers are represented by keyed hashes in these analytics records. This tracking does not collect full page URLs, referrers, raw IP addresses, email addresses, research content or card details. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for this tracking.

Sign-in uses essential session cookies. We do not sell your personal data. Hosting, authentication, AI and payment providers process information needed to run their parts of the service.
